
We age your deer meat in our cooler for 10 days before we begin processing. It cures well that way and leaves nothing but that venison taste all hunters know and love.
Our staff here at Palmetto Outdoor Productions has over 8 years experience in processing. We have specialty meats cut for you such as jerky, summer sausage, snack stick and bacon burger.
Note that we also offer "field dressing"--check with us for availability.
